The service reflects evidence-based practices and aligns with the key principles of the National Service Frameworks for mental health care. Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will: Provide the highest standards of care, assessing residents’ needs and developing personalised care plans to enhance their quality of life. Promote independence and personal choice while meeting physical, social, and psychological needs. Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Build positive relationships with visitors, external stakeholders, and colleagues. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines by proactively identifying and addressing risks. Mentor and support your team in line with NMC standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. What We’re Looking For

The ability to lead a team, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships. Proficiency with IT and communication systems relevant to the role. Respect for the values, views, and needs of others. The ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
