To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring adherence to the CQC standards and regulations. Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of clients, reflecting market trends and evidence-based practice. As a member of the management team, contributing to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to the company's objectives and business plan. Promoting and enhancing the company's reputation for high-quality outcomes for clients. Understanding and responding to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Participating in contract reviews and representing the organisation regarding service delivery. Leading the supervision and annual review process within the service's partnerships for your team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support (essential). An excellent track record in a management role within the social or healthcare sector (essential). Strong commercial acumen to support successful service delivery and development, people management, budget control, business development, and revenue generation. An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership is critical for the success of this role, providing direction and implementing change. Experience in working with external agencies such as CQC, Safeguarding, CCGs, etc. A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services to enable people to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of up to GBP60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
