As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and chronic condition management. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift.
