Registered Nurse

This Registered Nurse role in North Shields is focused on candidates who will be able to ensure that nursing care is delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.You'll report directly to the Registered Care Manager and your k. • Contract: Full-time
• Shift: Nights
• Full-time, 44 hours per week.
• Pay rate is £19-£20 per hour.
• Care Home is a 50-bed facility for residents who require nursing or personal care in North Shields.
• This can include elderly care for those with dementia, disorders or injuries.

• O Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• O Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects/reactions.

Requirements mentioned

• One year UK Registered Nurse experience is mandatory!
• O Previous working experience within a similar position.
