Our aim is to maintain and improve the overall independence levels of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration. What’s Involved Assess each resident's physical, psychological, and social needs and develop a care plan. Continuously evaluate care needs with other members of the nursing team and ensure that care plans and records are accurate. Provide daily visits to assess individual needs and assist service users to maximize their comfort, dignity, and independence. Lead a multi-disciplinary shift team, supervising staff in all respects. Manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene. Essential Skills Good general education. Honesty, reliability, and a passion to make a difference. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable). A commitment to undertake training and development. Desirable Skills Knowledge regarding Equal Opportunities. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks. Confident IT user.
