Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a deep commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the effective administration of medications. Your expertise in anatomy and patient care will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. Qualifications Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply. A compassionate approach to patient care with strong problem-solving abilities.
