Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Nurse Team Leader to join them in Leven Beach. Located on the promenade of the seaside town of Leven in Fife, Leven Beach enjoys picturesque views across the Firth of Forth, adding to the charm of its location. This purpose-built care home provides high quality, personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.

(up to £1000) Pension scheme and company sick pay scheme Investment in your ongoing professional development including additional clinical skills training Your role as a Nurse Team Leader will include: Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Promote a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications and skills: At least two years care home experience Current registration with the NMC Well-developed clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to your work Salary:
£21.68 per hour + overtime rates + benefits Hours:
