Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Nursing and Residential Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a current valid PIN Number to work on our Nursing Unit. You will be working closely with the Clinical Lead, Home Manager, and the Team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out quality audits
Leading by example and monitoring standards
Care planning and liaising with multi-disciplinary health professionals
Your standards will be of the highest calibre, and a 'can do' attitude is essential. In turn, you will work in a lovely, friendly home, have ongoing support and training, and be part of a journey to improve our home. DBS, PIN/Revalidation, Uniform, Breaks, and Handover are all paid by Hill Care. We also offer free parking.
