Registered Nurse
to join our team on a zero-hour basis, covering shifts as needed. Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse with Sycamore Court, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and professional care to our residents. You will provide essential nursing support, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and ensure each resident receives person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Administer medications and provide accurate, timely documentation. Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Work collaboratively with care staff to create a positive, supportive environment. Communicate with families, doctors, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements: Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Proven experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is desirable. Excellent clinical and communication skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
