Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care skills and possess a solid understanding of anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice. Duties Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed. Qualifications Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in nursing care.
