The Successful Candidate * You'll be a Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN). * You'll have at least one year's clinical experience within a care setting including supporting and supervision of staff. * Ability to lead a team. * Have up-to-date clinical and nursing knowledge. * You'll be able to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
