About the service:

We are delighted to be recruiting a Registered Nurse to be part of our private healthcare service in our bright and vibrant private hospital on the northeast coast of Kent. The hospital is situated in a beautiful scenic location and is within easy reach of Canterbury, Whitstable, and Dover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their friendly ward team. The hospital offers a range of services including orthopaedic treatments/surgeries, aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, neuro, cardio, ENT, gastro, urology, ophthalmology, gynae vascular, and general surgery.

About the role:

You will be working as a Registered Nurse on the ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for: Delivering the highest quality of pre and post-op care to patients Working well as part of a supportive team, offering knowledge Assessing patient needs with enthusiasm and empathy Planning, implementing, and evaluating care programs with clinical procedures Providing medication, injections, intravenous infusions, and female and male catheterisation Keeping patient medical records up to date, accurate, and managing them on an IT System Who we're looking for:

Be NMC registered RGN - with no restrictions or conditions Eligibility to live and work in the UK At least 1 year of UK experience working in a hospital is essential Experience in an elective day case surgical/medical multi-disciplinary ward Ability to work well independently and within a team Good written, numerical, and verbal communication skills Computer literate using MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems
