We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in London. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. You will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering nursing interventions, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities : Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments, ensuring all actions are documented and reported in line with best practices. Monitor patient progress and promptly address any changes in condition, escalating to senior staff when necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health, recovery, and independence. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and the wider healthcare team to create and implement care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality guidelines. Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols. Assist with medical procedures, prepare patients for examinations, and provide post-procedural care. Promote emotional well-being by providing support to patients and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Participate in continuing professional development, keeping up to date with the latest clinical practices, treatments, and regulations. Contribute to the overall improvement of patient care by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues. Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting (1+ years preferred). Strong clinical skills with the ability to deliver safe and effective care independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Knowledge of healthcare protocols, clinical procedures, and nursing best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required. Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
