Job Advertisement: Registered Adult Nurse Location: Tonbridge, Kent Salary: Up to £59,904 per annum (based on a 48-hour working week) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Adult Nurse to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met in a professional and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans for patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Promote patient well-being and provide education and advice to patients and their families. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with health and safety guidelines. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RN). Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, with a commitment to high standards of care. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on patient care.
