Lead a team of healthcare assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained at all times. Complete assessments, develop care plans, and oversee medication administration. Foster a positive environment that encourages resident well-being and independence. Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care that meets the individual needs of each resident. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Promote dignity, respect, and independence in every aspect of care delivery. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD).
