48 hours per week We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a reputable nursing home in Liverpool. About the Role: Full-time position with a competitive salary of £53,664 per annum based on a 48-hour working week. Provide exceptional care and support to elderly residents, including those with dementia, physical disabilities, and general nursing needs. Lead a team of healthcare assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained at all times. Complete assessments, develop care plans, and oversee medication administration. Foster a positive environment that encourages resident well-being and independence. Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care that meets the individual needs of each resident. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. Lead on clinical leadership and mentoring of junior staff. Promote dignity, respect, and independence in every aspect of care delivery. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD). Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
