As the RMN on our Red Admiral Dementia Unit, you will be responsible for providing specialised nursing care to residents with mental health conditions, such as dementia. You will assess, plan, and deliver personalised care plans, monitor residents’ physical and mental well-being, and administer medications. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care, promote a safe and supportive environment, and assist in the development of therapeutic activities to enhance residents’ quality of life. Also provide support to families and contribute to the training and mentoring of care staff. What We Offer: Competitive Pay:
