Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Strong clinical decision-making abilities and critical thinking skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Experience in specific specialties (e.g., elderly care, pediatrics) is an advantage but not required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding patient care in accordance with NMC standards and hospital protocols. Provide clinical assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients. Support patients and their families with advice, education, and emotional support. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalized care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient records in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure high levels of infection control, safety, and hygiene within the facility.
