Unencumbered RN License in the state of MA Education/Degrees:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, ADN Required, BSN Preferred Certifications:
CPR/BLS Experience:
5 years' experience in leadership role. 2 years in Home Health, PACE Program, Hospice, Skilled Nursing or Geriatrics experience required. Transportation:
Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and auto insurance.
Schedule:
40 hours a week - Monday to Friday - 8-hour shifts
Salary:
$120,000 to 150,000 Annually
Mileage Reimbursement:
$0.65 / mile between center and participant homes
Sign On Bonus:
$10,000 for eligible candidates

Responsibilities: Manage a team of Clinicians (PT's, RN's and LPN's), Coordinators, and other administrative staff. Assist in development of clinical policies and procedures and ensure that written clinical materials are accurate and updated regularly. Ensure patient care to be of the highest quality, efficiency, and effectiveness by providing guidance, direction, and oversight to clinicians. Make home visits as required to mentor, train and assess individual clinicians' job performance and skill competency and evaluate patient satisfaction, workflows, and compliance. Responsible for patient oversight, including knowing which patients need recertification and which patients should be discharged. Ensure that all referrals are accounted for, insurance checked for accuracy and that it is accepted by the company, and any prior authorizations done as needed to ensure payment. Responsible for assigning all referrals to the proper discipline and ensuring initial visits are done timely. Responsible for the knowledge and understanding of CoP/Regulations and able to translate interpretive guidelines to ensure compliance, including Emergency Preparedness and QI. Collaborate with the QI Director and other members of upper management to ensure quality services and CMS requirements are met. Working knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare home health regulations (CoPs, DPH interpretive guidelines, OASIS D, coding basics, Emergency Preparedness, infection control guidelines, Quality Improvement Measures, etc.)
