Registered Nurse (RN) - Same Day Surgery
Same Day Surgery Full-time Day shift Mon-Fri 07:00-15:30, with call Perioperative RN needed for 8 bed Same Day Surgery unit. Responsible for admission and discharge of surgical/procedural patients, to include nursing admission assessments, Phase I and Phase II post-anesthesia care. Must have strong assessment, IV, and patient education skills, be able to multitask well and communicate with all team members (nursing and physician colleagues.) Prefer a candidate with PACU/ICU experience. Time management and customer service skills essential. 07:00-3:30, Monday-Friday, call required. BLS and ACLS (within 3 months of hire) required.
