to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Mandatory Requirements: UK experience
as a Registered Nurse. Active NMC Pin
(Nursing and Midwifery Council registration). Strong understanding of clinical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Up-to-date certifications in
BLS/ILS ,
PMVA/MAPA , or equivalent. Preferred: Knowledge of tools like
NEWS2
for clinical assessments. Experience in a specific area of nursing, such as elderly care, acute care, or community nursing. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide person-centered care and support in accordance with care plans. Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions, responding effectively to any changes. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Perform clinical procedures, including wound care, catheter care, and other interventions. Ensure patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with data protection regulations. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Support and mentor junior staff and healthcare assistants. Adhere to infection control policies, safeguarding protocols, and other regulatory guidelines.
