Complex Care professionals are recruiting a highly motivated Registered Nurse who will be required to be hands on in ensuring high quality standards are met.
Role:
Registered Nurse Hours:
Full time hours 35+ per week with additional on-call hours required on a rota basis. Location:
Rochdale Salary:
negotiable depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: As Registered Nurse you will be managing a caseload of clients in the Greater Manchester area, building relationships with clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, ensuring the quality of care is delivered. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality care Supporting & working with client and their families/ representatives Safeguarding Providing clinical oversight of all Complex Care Packages of care including & attending any care planning meetings & any MDT meetings & monthly reviews. Working with clinical teams to deliver Nurse Delegated interventions in the community. Ensuring all clinical needs & staff training is met and to continue to oversea packages with support from co-ordinator. Sharing knowledge & skills in planning, implementation, evaluation & documentation client care plans & ensuring any changes are implemented & documented using evidence-based care undertaking annual care plan reviews. Monitor & maintain the compliance of quality of the branch against the standards set by CQC. Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards In return, we offer
