Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf, while ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift. Responsibility for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care. Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning. About you

Our ideal candidate must: Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.
