You will be promoting independence, choice, and inclusion. You will be providing up-to-date, research-based nursing care, supervision, and support to healthcare workers to provide a truly person-centered service. What you will need: Experience caring for older people would be beneficial, along with experience in end-of-life care. However, if you are a qualified nurse and have a caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature, a strong belief in teamwork, and a keen work ethic then we want to hear from you. We can provide any training needed.

Where will you be working: Holdingham Grange is a purpose-built care home offering nursing and residential care located on the outskirts of historic Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
