• Candidates must be able to evidence previous CQC inspections and have capability to drive the commercials and an approachable management style that will champion staff and complime.

Skills and requirements

• We are looking to appoint a commercially astute individual, who has strong experience and knowledge with those with complex needs.
• Also need to be able to demonstrate excellent experience around CQC.
• Experience in either mental health or a neurological setting.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Confirmed role details

• £75,000 - £95,000 + Bonus, Pension, PMI, and more.
