Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required. You will observe all instructions and act on the Manager's behalf, ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident conditions, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team. Job Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must: Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification. Display good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities. Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application. Additional Requirements
