Deliver high-quality care to telemetry patients by monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs. Implement and evaluate individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team. Educate and support patients and families, explaining procedures and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Act quickly in emergencies, using critical thinking to assess patient needs. Participate in continuous learning to enhance clinical expertise and stay updated on best practices. Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Telemetry nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability. Availability for night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM). Compassionate and committed to patient-centered care. Benefits & Perks:
