Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and specialized care. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Assess resident needs and provide support and guidance. Liaise with other healthcare professionals and family members. Participate in daily handover meetings and safety huddles. Requirements: Registered nurse with a valid NMC license. Experience in a care setting, preferably in dementia care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Wolds Care Centre is a 66 bed Care Home situated on North Holme Road in Louth. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities.
