This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly established nurse led unit on Tryfan Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd.
We look forward to your application. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessments and treatments of patients including risk assessment, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments, and health promotion.

The post holder will be based working shifts inclusive of unsociable hours. They will use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact, and will be responsible for service development and improvement.
