The successful candidate will be responsible for assessments and treatments of patients including risk assessment, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments, and health promotion. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. Main duties of the job

The post holder will be based working shifts inclusive of unsociable hours. They will use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact, and will be responsible for service development and improvement.
