Registered Nurse (Variable Hours)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout their treatment journey. Duties Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting observations and changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and post-treatment care. Monitor vital signs and perform routine checks to assess patient health status. Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times. Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients. Experience A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
