Job overview We are looking for experienced Registered health care professionals to join our staff bank to support our community hospital wards in the following locations, Hawkhurst and Westbrook House. Main duties of the job Some our your responsibilities will include, Utilising your knowledge, skills and experience to work within the scope of your competencies to deliver nursing care to patients in our community hospital wards.You will undertake holistic assessment of routine and complex patients in order to plan care in collaboration with patients and family.You will participate in daily handover and undertake additional tasks required for the patients seen that day liaising with the multi-disciplinary teams supporting service delivery.
