An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an excellent nursing home based in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

A privately-owned, well-established care home provides 24-hour nursing care for people living with dementia and mental health needs.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred. Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes. Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload. Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP20.75 per hour and an annual salary of GBP40,462.50 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
