Registered General Nurse (RGN) , you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, such as wards, clinics, and the community. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, healthcare assistants, and therapists, to deliver patient-centred care that meets their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical and mental health, develop care plans, and implement them in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Evaluate care plan effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet patients' needs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patient response, and report any adverse reactions. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Assess patients' pain levels and provide appropriate pain management interventions. Communicate with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans. Provide emotional support and answer any questions they may have. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting any changes in condition, medications, or treatments. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans. Provide health education to patients and their families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and self-care. Minimum Requirements:
