An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the multi-disciplinary team in the newly developed Acute Frailty Unit within Ninewells hospital.
The Acute Frailty Unit is a 6 bedded short stay patient assessment unit with a high turnover of patients. The aim of the unit is to provide rapid assessment and care for older adults before discharge or transfer to an appropriate ward for further treatment.
You'll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, using your clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care. You must have the ability and commitment to work as part of a team delivering high standards of patient care and continue to improve patient experience. You should be able to demonstrate continued professional development and an interest in Medicine for the Elderly.
You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of this service.
You must be registered on Sub part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
