Mellors Care are pleased to be supporting our Client, a successful Wales-based Care Home organization, in their search for a Registered Nurse in Wrexham. This vacancy can be for days or nights, depending on the successful applicant's preference.

The role will involve supporting the home and its service users with excellent nursing care, leading the care team on your unit, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include:

Medication administration, counts, and ordering Timely observations Fluid intake and glucose monitoring Leading a unit and supporting care staff Working closely with the registered manager

The successful applicant will have UK nursing experience within a care home setting or similar, will have a passion for caring and improving the lives of others, and will have a good understanding of elderly mental health.
