We are looking for qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD), or Registered Adult Nurses (RGN) to join the team within a specialist neurological care centre based in Ipswich. This is a really rewarding setting, staff morale is high, and you will be working closely with the service users and their families, providing the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, and support their emotional and social needs. Our service provides 26 residential beds where there are exciting opportunities for professional growth and development across complex disability, high dependency care, and slow stream rehabilitation. About the role: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines. Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines. Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures. Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan. Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.
