• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). • Monitoring patients' condition and health needs, including vital signs, pain assessment, and changes in behaviour. • Administering medications and treatments as delegated by an RN. • Assisting patients with activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. • Promoting patient comfort, dignity, and independence. • Educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care. • Performing clinical procedures and assessments as delegated by an RN. • Recognising and responding to changes in patients' condition, escalating concerns to an RN as needed. • Contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans. • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care. • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Documenting patient care accurately and timely. • Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. • Supporting junior staff and students. • Participating in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge. • Adhering to NMC standards and guidelines. • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

NMC Registered nursing associate Recent clinical experience in an acute Trust Delivery of evidence-based practice Evidence of facilitating learning in practice Previous experience at Band 4 Evidence of ongoing personal & professional development Clinical Skills and Experience

Patient-focused approach Basic IT skills Ability to develop working relationships with others Time management and personal organisation skills Calm under pressure and good interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively Understanding of own limitations and seeks management support when appropriate Experience within an acute setting Governance

Essence of Care and basic IT skills Datix reporting tool Knowledge of decontamination standards Personal/Professional Attributes
