Registered Manager Dementia Nursing Home

Salary: GBP55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dementia nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional person-centered care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' individual needs. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing or dementia care setting. A valid nursing PIN is desirable but not essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards. Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
