Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in the care sector, with a strong focus on operational management and service growth. Extensive knowledge of CQC standards, registration, and compliance. Proven expertise in scaling care services and managing high-pressure, high-volume operations. Strong track record in developing successful bids and tenders. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale operations. Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including local authorities and case managers.
