Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. The RPN will utilize their expertise in triaging and obtaining vitals, injection administration, and medical terminology to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple doctors of different disciplines. Duties Administer injections as prescribed by physicians. Triage patients and take vitals. Handle physician referrals (sending and monitoring for acceptance). Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems Accuro and Oceans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively. Perform phlebotomy procedures when required for diagnostic testing. Qualifications Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in the province of practice. (Must provide if interview is arranged) Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems Accuro and Oceans is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations. Job Type:
