Full-Time Job Overview: The Registered Service Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team to deliver high-quality services that meet regulatory, commissioner, and company standards. This role requires ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the company s aims and objectives, conducting regular audits and reviews, and overseeing staff supervision and development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of supported living services. Ensure service users achieve the outcomes of their assessed support plans while promoting independence. Manage and support your staff team, ensuring they work effectively, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Act as a Registered Manager with CQC, overseeing compliance and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour in a senior role. Level 5 NVQ/QCF in care or Level 4 RMA, or be working towards this qualification. Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. Proficiency in IT, including digital care management systems, rosters, and MS Office. Flexibility in working hours, with typical office hours but availability for service user events and on-call duties as needed. Benefits: Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum. Paid mileage.
