Your role and responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our site at Brighouse. The role will involve a fair share of the following: Running nurse clinics Assisting the vet during consultations Assisting in theatre with the vets Monitoring anesthetics with the surgical team Nursing care for day patients We care about our staff having a work/life balance and offer a varied shift pattern working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with a share in the 1:4 weekends. About us Calder Vets is a long-established first opinion, small animal practice, with our central Hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We also have 8 satellite clinics across South & West Yorkshire, including excellent support from our sister referral Hospital, Paragon Veterinary Referrals.
