We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join as one of our registered Veterinary Nurses to become part of our existing team of 2 vets and 3.5 nurses within our small animal practices at our long-standing centres in Faversham and Whitstable.

Our branches are located 13 minutes drive apart with Whitstable located a short walk from the beach and town centre and Faversham a few minutes drive from the town centre.

Your day will be varied covering duties for theatre and schedule 3, puppy parties, dental radiography, nurse consultations, ultrasound and digital radiography, laboratory work, dispensing, stock management, infection control, administration and maintaining a high level of client and patient care.

We would be happy to consider a newly qualified nurse or a nurse looking to return after a period of leave. Part-time applicants will also be considered.

What we can offer

Shifts are in rotation with varied start times and the shifts are between 08:00 to 18:30 for weekdays. 1 in 4 Saturdays from 08:00-16:00 with time in lieu will be required with the potential to run a puppy party in rotation with the nursing team.

We have progressive, well-equipped practices with digital radiography, endoscopy, ultrasound, doppler, laboratory, ECG, Tonometry and dental x-ray. We have a team of two amazing full-time vets, 3.5 experienced nurses including a head nurse and student, and a long-standing reception team and practice manager.
