As an RVN at this practice, you'll be immersed in a varied and exciting caseload, involving everything from Orthopaedics and TPLOs to Complex Medical Cases and Laparoscopic Spays. Whether your passion lies in surgery, wards, anaesthesia, or intensive care, the practice is committed to fostering your interests and helping you achieve your professional goals. Patient care is the practice's primary focus, and they are actively working towards becoming a fear-free practice. As part of the team, you'll have the chance to engage in clinical coaching, further your career through supported CPD and certification, and even participate in the on-call rota with a generous bonus for night shifts. This role offers the perfect blend of professional growth, supportive teamwork, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
