Registered Veterinary Nurse - Leamington Spa

• Be a vital part of a thriving, progressive practice in Leamington Spa, where your dedication to top-tier patient care and client happiness is celebrated and rewarded! • Join forces with an exceptional team of skilled RVNs, experienced vets, and certificate holders, immersing yourself in an incredible variety of cases that challenge and grow your expertise. • Embrace a dynamic role where every day brings hands-on surgical opportunities, patient care responsibilities, and nurse-led clinics that let you make a meaningful difference in every pet's life. • Excellent benefits package including a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, health cash plan and much more.

Are you a passionate RVN looking to make a meaningful impact in a thriving practice? Join an outstanding veterinary team in Leamington Spa, where every day brings an opportunity to deliver exceptional care and compassion to pets and their families.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic RVN or final-year Student Veterinary Nurse ready to take the next step, offering a blend of clinical and client-focused responsibilities to keep every day dynamic and rewarding. Working alongside experienced colleagues, including certificate holders, you'll have the chance to broaden your skills, handle diverse cases, and be a vital part of a high-performing team.

As an RVN here, you'll play a key role in surgeries, nurse-led appointments, and patient monitoring, ensuring continuity of care across the practice. You'll support pre- and post-operative procedures, manage admissions and discharges, and complete patient transfers to out-of-hours or advanced care, always focusing on maintaining the highest standards of patient well-being. Your role extends beyond patient care, as you'll be instrumental in coordinating with the veterinary team, running team briefings, and delivering top-tier client service to ensure each pet owner feels confident and well-informed.

This practice values the development and contribution of every team member, encouraging RVNs to be proactive leaders who can support, coach, and inspire PCA's and student nurses. If you're a compassionate, team-oriented professional with the flexibility to thrive in both team settings and independently, you'll be a great fit. The ideal candidate understands the role's full scope and shares the values of trust, care, and progressive veterinary service.

If you're ready for a role that blends clinical excellence with an uplifting team spirit, where your expertise and passion for animal care will shine, we would love to hear from you!
