Registered Veterinary Nurse

Registered Veterinary Nurse , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals. In this role, you will assist in a range of duties, including diagnostics, surgeries, and patient care, while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their pets receive the best care possible. You will work alongside a dedicated team of vets and nurses in a friendly, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide a range of veterinary nursing duties, including anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, blood sampling, and patient monitoring. Assist with surgeries, including prep, sterile technique, and post-operative care. Deliver high standards of patient care in both clinical and hospital settings. Communicate effectively with clients, offering advice on pet health, preventative care, and treatments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with practice protocols. Manage in-patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and rehabilitation. You will need to be a registered veterinary nurse with current RCVS membership.
