Registered Veterinary Nurse - *£31k P/A*

Full Time We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the forward-thinking, friendly practice near Yeovil. The full time hours are 40 hours across 5 days per week. There are no OOHs, but the nurse team do cover a rota for inpatients if required. Saturday mornings are on a rota basis, and it works out as a 1:4 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. The role is open to part-time candidates as well, with flexible hours available. This job offers a variety of duties, and no 2 days are the same; the team of dedicated nurses are proud of the care they provide. You will assist in the daily running and all routine operations, running nurse clinics, putting up and dispensing prescriptions, supporting the learning of the trainee nurses, and most importantly offering the best customer and animal care services to both clients and pets. They have 10 Veterinary Surgeons, as they are a mixed practice some work between large and small animal caseloads, 5 registered veterinary nurses, 2 Trainee nurses and a support team of 13. Across the sites, they have 2 certificate holders and they specialise in Laparoscopic spays. You will receive: A fantastic salary up to £31,000 per annum. Increasing holiday allowance based on length of service Your birthday as a paid day off Enhanced family-friendly policies, including maternity/paternity/adoption/shared parental and surrogacy pay £550 CPD allowance with 24 hours paid pro rata
