Reporting directly to the Head of Admissions Strategy & Analytics, the Registrar is key to the entire recruitment process of the next generation of Kingstonians. You will have regular contact with parents of prospective students, from their first contact with the school and throughout the admissions and induction journey. The successful candidate will have significant admissions experience or comparative transferable skills and will be a confident Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel user. This position requires a committed, efficient, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. The closing date for the position is

9am on Monday 13th January 2025 . The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. Some hybrid working is possible, in collaboration with the Admissions team, during school holidays. Prior to interview, an online search will be conducted to identify any past or current incidents or issues that might affect your suitability to work with children and undertake this role. This is in line with guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education. Please note this online search will be carried out only on publicly available information and be limited to issues relating to your suitability to work with children and/or in a school environment. Issues that arise will not automatically be a bar to your employment at this school.
