The Registration and Licensing Administrator will join the Compliance and Operational Risk team in London, specifically within the Registrations and Licensing department (R&L). This role involves hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, although full office attendance is required during training. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Main Responsibilities:
Assist the team with operational aspects of registration work, ensuring appropriate due diligence prior to certification. Handle weekly rota tasks such as terminations, monitoring, and reporting. Promote a culture of compliance and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks. Core Skills:
A background in a similar role, ideally within the financial sector. Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels within the organization and external regulators. Ability to multitask and complete a high volume of transactions within deadlines. Capability to handle sensitive and confidential material appropriately. Excellent analytical skills to assess documents for accuracy and risk. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Proficient in Windows applications. Strong problem-solving skills and follow-up initiative. Exceptional attention to detail. Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Positive, cooperative, and professional attitude.
