What will you be doing? As an administrator, you will follow established processes to provide high quality support to students and academics across the University. What qualities are we looking for? Enthusiastic and self-motivated Excellent organisation and accuracy skills Collaborative team worker but able to work independently As part of our Frontline Services team, you will work in a dedicated, customer-facing team, based across one of our six Student Service Centres. The focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students throughout their time at the university. You will provide cover across a range of services, including supporting students on our live chat, through virtual appointments, on our CRM system, or in person, depending on what the student needs. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service, and you will be required to be on campus for 100% of the time to support the in-person student experience. Work patterns tend to fall between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and these are fixed term, full-time posts (36.25 hours). Why work with us?
