As Registry Officer, you will play a key role in supporting UCEM student retention and success rates,

ensuring an accurate and seamless process. You will oversee processes such as assessment moderation, mitigating circumstances and academic misconduct. You will undertake general administrative duties whilst actively supporting other functions across Academic

Registry. This is a brilliant entry-level role, with the opportunity to make a real difference to student success and ensure academic integrity. Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: Track and monitor marking progress and work with the Academic team and Academic Operations team to find solutions if required. Ensure the highest standards of accuracy in the publication of assessment marks. Oversee and monitor the Academic Misconduct process and ensure all cases are reviewed within the given deadlines. Work across Academic Registry to support student retention and success. Our main requirements: GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above. Administrative experience relating to processing and/or customer service. Ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with staff at all levels and across a broad range of areas. Committed to quality and following processes and procedures. Ability to remain calm and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in your work when under pressure at busy times, or when deadlines are approaching.
